I have been trying to e-mail you and my messages keep coming back unsent. I have called AOL to have my internet disconnected, but to no avail. Each time an AOL representation calls to sell a product I remind them that I no longer wish to keep my internet services. I was promised a few months of free service when I signed on with AOL.

I then started receiving huge telephone bills from my local phone company "Verizon". I paid them for three months (why I don't know), I then called Verizon only to find out that the large fees came from AOL. I did not give anyone permission to pay my AOL charges through Verizon.
