To whom It May Concern,

I hope this letter goes to the highest supervisor or the CEO of your company.

 

I had a problem paying a bill on line with your company. The bill was paid on time and I received a confirmation number of 3214W683084 from paybillsnow on line on 11/16/04. A few weeks later I was told the payment was not posted due to some error. The first person I spoke with found the error and stated she will take care of the problem. A few days later I am still receiving phone calls from your reps stating the payment has not been made. After a month of trying to figure out the problem, I spoke with a man by the name of Jamie who stated he was a supervisor. Jamie was VERY rude and we ended up in a very non professional conversation.

 

He stated the problem was my fault and after some very heated words from him and myself we got no where. We were told by another rep. to just make the payment and all the fees related to this problem would be waved. Immediately the payment was made for the second time on 12/23/04 confirmation #3584W1162sss. Prior to this Decembers payment was mailed with enough time for your company to receive it before the due date.

 

After reviewing my bill the fees were still on it and a threat to raise my interest rate. At this point my wife again called your company and spoke with Jamie the same supervisor I spoke with the first time. He was VERY rude to my wife and very unprofessional. My wife called back to get his supervisors name and was told his supervisor would not and does not take ANY phone calls. I did manage to finally get her name. Her name is Shell Bruno and I will contact her tomorrow 1/6/05.

 

In every conversation I had and my wife had with your reps we told them to pull our credit history up with your company and they would see we have NEVER been late with ANY payments.

 

If this matter is not handled professionally and correctly we will have no other option but to turn it over to the Texas State attorney general and to our personal attorneys.

 

My wife and I own our own company and if ANY of our employees handled there self in the manner your employee Jamie handled this issue they would have been fired on the spot. Jamie is the night time supervisor in the Rapid City, South Dakota office.

 

As of this date none of your employees have corrected this problem. We are attaching the following documents for your review.
