Dear Sir/Madam, I am a resident of India.I had placed 4 orders for CDs from a Djangos.com on 3rd and 7th Nov. 2004.The entire order came to around $138 for 11 Cds. The customer service was simply appalling to say the least.After waiting for approximately 4 weeks I enquired where the CDs might be and they stated that it takes that long to get there, even though I have received CDs from djangos in the past in maximum 3 weeks. Customer service responded after a period of 4 days instructing me to wait another week and inform them. After a week, I mailed them again to which I received no response as usual. I then sent a second mail with a Cc to their private policy mail stating that their customer service was not responding. I finally got a response that the first order replacement had been shipped and wait another week for the other 3 orders. I then waited two weeks instead of one week and mailed them back with a request to refund as the rest of the orders had not arrived and informed them my shipping address was updated in case they are sending any replacements.They replied asking me when I updated my shipping information and that was it. After another week I mailed their private policy mail address with a complaint that customer service was not responding.It is now 8 weeks and I am left with neither the CDs nor a refund. I have the feeling that this company is trying to turn a blind eye to a customer who is not a resident of the US and they can simply ignore my requests. The company has no right to take money for orders they don't fill, and then ignore requests for a refund. I would advise no one to shop there again from a location outside the US as they are totally incompetent. Can you please advise me on what my alternative courses of action can be. I have all transaction and order history with me.
