djangos.com - resident of India ordered CD online - awful service experience

Dear Sir/Madam, I am a resident of India who ordered 3 CDs online for $46.00 from a company with a physical presence in Portland Chicago called Djangos in October 2003. (www.djangos.com). I still have not received the shipment which was supposed to be shipped on the 7th of October and neither have they send a refund.

I have sent them several reminders, the first one was on the 20th October which I got a response saying that I will receive the CDs by the 6th week of it's shipment. After which I have sent them several reminders, and no response on any one of them. I even called and left a voice mail, spending that much on a long distance call. I have not received a refund or the CDs. This is awful service. Can someone please help. Regards,
