Outpost.com an internet site and affiliated with Fry's Electronics.

I ordered an item from them 2 days before xmas and paid to have it "overnighted".It arrived 6 days later.I contacted them and asked that they refund the difference between regular shipping and overnight shipping.Rather than keeping the customer satisfied, they are hiding behind "an act of God" excuse.

(There was a big snowstorm at the time), but I am not asking for a full return of the shipping charges,only the overnight portion which is 2 or 3 dollars.They have now lost a good customer as a result of this.

Please post and help if you can.
