I understand that Netflix still deduct $19.25 from my bank statement for Dec 27 I got new statement this month after I emailed to them to cancel Netflix member.

 

They claimed that they didnt receive Dvd from me twice. last November. So I email to cancel my membership on 11/24/2004 immediately as I have a copy.
