I have been using Quicken financial software for several years. Generally it is a good product; however, if you need a question regarding its operation answered you are out of luck. There is no free technical support available, even for the first few days after purchase.

Additionally, several years ago Intuit sponsored a User Group web page where you could find answers to your questions. That web page has now been shutdown. Adding insult to injury, the Intuit website allows you to submit problems/improvement suggestions to them. They clearly state that they will not respond directly to your submittal but use the information to make product improvements. When I recently attempted to use this feature the website did not even list my version (2005) of Quicken.
