I have had my cable carrier for 4 years (Broadband at the time). Since Comcast took over for Broadband the outages are more often and they have since raised the rates and took away channels that I was getting for 4 years.

 

I have tried contacting the company, first by phone then by e-mail. No satisfaction what so ever! I am tired of these companies ripping off the consumer.

 

I pay over $72.00 a month. I'm tired of sitting on hold for no less than 15 minutes to tell them of an outage just to hear them say there are no outages in your area. I also can't stand when they say "Thank you for choosing Comcast"........I did not choose it, I had no other choice when it came to cable. When you raise the rates on something, how about offering more to the consumer instead offering less.
