I tried contacting paypal to inform them that they don't have a right to take any money out of my account without my permission. Buyers on Ebay are trying to get refunds from me on merchandise that I sold and Paypal is insisting that if the matter isn't resolved that they can automatically deduct the amount out of my account.

The FTC states that the seller on Ebay does not have to give a refund unless they stated they would and I did not in the advertisement. Everything was sold as is. I did not state anything about a refund and I feel as if Pay Pal is trying to get my money out without my consent just to quiet a complaint by the buyers.
