My name is Armando Ayala, my complaint is that i am a attwireless costumer, i have a 2 year contract with them that i resently renewed, when i first got my att cell phone i was promised a new phone after the first year of service, when i tried to take advantage of that offer, they almost want to abligate me to change to cingular wireless,
they told me that unfortunatelly they do not have any more att phones and that if i want to get a new phone i have to switch to cingular, now cingular does not have a reasonable rate plan that would help me with my phone usage, att does and thats the reason why i chose att as my wireless providor, i asked them scince they cant help me with another phone(because my current phone does not work properly) that if i can go ahead and cancell my service with them with no penalty scince they are almost forcing me to switch to cingular and they dont want to do that, they dont want to honnor what was promised to me in my contract with att,
i dont know what to do, they all give me the runaround and i dont apreciate it, all i want is for me to be able to have something that i can work with and unfortunatelly cingular is not an option, i tried talking with supervisors and managers and they just pretty much tell me, well tough shit, if you want something different you need to change to cingular, i strongly belive that if i have a 2 year contract with them, then they need to provide me with the equipment for those 2 years, i am not asking for a free phone i am willing to pay for it all i want is something that works so that i can use my airtime with no problem...
