On 07/29/04 I purchased Soyo Barebone kit "Soyo P4845Pe V1.0 Socket 478 Barebone w/ 350W PS" from TigerDirect.com with 2 rebates from Soyo: one for $75 and one for $25. I sent them two letters containing all necessary papers for each of the rebates and did not receive any of them. I sent letters to TigerDirect.com and again to Soyo.

TigerDirect refer me to OnRebate.com that does not handle these rebates. Soyo did not answer my letters at all. They did not provide any phone numbers to check the status of rebates. The Internet site they recommended www.verifyrebate.com says that one my rebate is "approved" and there is no information about the second rebate at all but I still did not get any...
