PLEASE HELP! The insurance company: Bankers Life and Casualty Company is using stiff-arm tactics and doing everything possible to ignore overly aggressive sales tactics and stonewalling customer complaints and requests for company contacts. They misrepresent themselves, they lie about cancellations, they stonewall good faith inquiries - THEY SUCK! See attached 2 Microsoft Word files ... This all started on Friday, January 21st and to date this company has lied, taken our policies and processed them against our will, deposited our 2 checks (spouse and self) against our will, and put themselves onto our bank account for automatic monthly debits AGAINST OUR WILL and contrary to our orders - merely 48 hours from the Agent taking them in Anaheim, CA. The utter and complete lack of communication on their part is astounding!! As a caregiver, I was not even given the smallest shred of information about how to submit billing for payments due to me. In fact, I was never provided with paperwork needed to do so, could not get an answer about their so called "elimination period" and more. I have been trying to get paid for my services for over 3 months now. BUYER BEWARE!! I believe they drag their feet, give out insufficent information and wrong information in hopes that the policyholder will simply DIE before they ever have to pay out even one stinking dollar!! All these agents worry about is what goes into their wallets and the prizes and trips they win from selling so much. There is too much incentive for them to be dishonest. I worked for Bankers Life And Casualty from 1980 to 1993 as both an agent and a manager. They don't treat their retirees much better than they do their policyholders.
