Experian online credit reports

Consumerinfo.com, an Experian company, allowed a private individual to pull my personal credit report without my permission and without permissible purpose.

They didn't even have all of my identifying info correct (i.e., wrong birth year, wrong mother's maiden name) yet they were allowed to purchase my credit report to try and use against me in a custody case. Privacy policies indeed!
