About 8 months ago I buy a remote start for my mother, this was mother day present. This was install in a brand new Toyota Corolla. After 8 months installed the car start have problems with one the directional light. I take the car to the dealer to be repair, but the dealer told me the problem is cause for remote start. So I take the car to Sound Decision to solve the problem. Sound Decision wont repair the car, also they were very rude.

After several times back on forward dealer-Sound Decision, the only option we had was pay the reparation on the dealer. The cost of the reparation was almost the cost of the remote start. The dealer told me the Sound Decision pull the wires to hard so damage un plug so the car start have this problem. I will not recommend nobody Sound Decision, after the costumer pay they not guaranty any job also are very rude. Sound Decision Sucks. Thank you.
