Hello, My name is Daniel F and I had been shopping at the Prince frederick Store Advance Auto Parts Store #8992(410-535-9068) and when I entered the store I had not been greeted or anything. I went back to the parts counter and a lady I beieve her name was Lee Ann told me to wait as she was doing something more important.

She refused to help me and she had acted and treated me with high disrespect in that store. All I wanted was to get a part and she treated me very unfairly and again refused to help me because she had been nusy with something else "more Important) Please forward this to whoever you have to because I am not happy! Thanks for your time.
