Retinol Ultra Skin Care Creme With SunScreen / E. Burnham Cosmetic Company - unwanted order following free sample - dunned by RMCB Dear Complaints Representative, My mom received a free sample of Retinol Ultra Skin Care Cream in the mail and about 2 weeks later a small 1 7/8 ounce jar arrived. Mom never requested this product. She never even opened the sample. Now we are receiving collection notices from RMCB (Retrieval Masters Creditors Bureau, Inc. I'd be glad to return the merchandise (at their expense) and wash my hands of this unfortunate time consuming experience. I read in some of the other complaints for this same product that the law says you don't have to pay for something that you receive in the mail which you did not order. My complaint is against: E. Burnham Cosmetic Company & RMBC
