Hello,

Best Buy offer rebate(s) on certain products...mail in receipt and form to what they call the rebate or fulfillment centers of the different companies that are offering the rebate thru Best Buy.

I have purchased thousands of dollars @ Best Buy from refrigerator, play station, computer upgrading, cd's, movies, etc...I'm a regular customer. I've have been given manufacture rebate(s) on certain products.

1) Maxtor-#50634375 (#40624) - $30.00

(Purchased Maxtor 80GB 7200 RPM Ultra Series Hard Drive)

I started calling 1/28/04 promised 3/1/04 to receive my rebate....as of today....nothing's happened. I've called and talked with customer service...same lie...it's coming!!! I even have the people name's I spoke with...when I told them...nothing.

2) K-Byte-#40783 also Mad Dog Entainer MS - $20.00

This company even gave me a case no.#5435564 UPC Code-00522)

Started calling 9/1/2003 I have all the customer service names I spoke with...I constantly called...on 2/10/04 I called the Rebate Center...they referred me back to the Hawthorne store.

They even gave me a reference no.#28974803 and was told to contact P-N-Y...still nothing!!!

Well, today I thought I would give them another try to may it right...still nothing...and "you've waited to later for us to do anything"....can you believe it???? It's not like I haven't been calling since 2003 and 2004.

I just hope no one else has this problem waiting for dishonored rebates that are not coming.

This leaves a bad taste whenever you see a rebate....it makes you not believe them.

Can you help me????
