Contact: Mike Watkins (founder) Type of business: investment advisor service Type of complaint: Refusal to cancel monthly credit card billing for subscription to service, despite multiple attempts to contact by email and by phone (all messages left unanswered, all records kept). Fraudulent credit Card billing without permission. Additional complaint: Inability to reach customer service, no reply, failure to comply with cancellation policy.
