Palm Zire 21. Low end PDA purchased over internet directly from the manufacturer. Bought in February, 2004 as a birthday gift in March.

 

This Zire 21 goes into a loop after 5-6 entries. Only the hard reset will restore it. All data is lost in a hard reset. I wrote 2 USPS letters to Palm, no acknowledgment and no response. I wrote 2 e-mails to Palm, same result. No acknowledgment and no response.

 

For me, this has been $99 wasted for a defective product. My regard for Palm is very poor. I'd never buy another Palm product.
