Verizon DSL service

I signed up for Verizon’s DSL service in early December and received a promised install date of Dec 28.

I was then notified that service install would be delayed until Jan 10, then it was delayed until Jan 17, again delayed until Jan 24, again delayed until Jan 31 and now I just received a notice that it’s delayed yet again until Feb 7. Can Verizon provide this service? Have there been other complaints?
