They said I needed to purchase insurance to secure my loan. I sent them over $800 and three days later they told me the insurance decided they could not cover the loan without receiving my first payment. i told them I didn't have any more money and I just wanted to get my money back.

They said they would file for a refund and it would take 30 days to get my money back. That was in August and I have not received my money.

I made numerous calls to their numerous phone numbers and got no answers. I left messages that were never returned and the one time I did get ahold of a person she said she had to put me on hold and then she hung up on me. I did not have the money to send them - it was my whole paycheck. I just got done going through chemo and radiation and needed a loan to get caught up and pay off some bills.
