o2 - complaint

I am so glad i am not alone. Anyone thinking of taking a contract with o2.......PLEASE DON'T!! I have had terrible service and have now contacted trading standards!!! Hopefully one day I will get this resolved and look forward to the day I never have to call o2 again!! Gillian B
