Location: Keizer, Oregon For Christmas I received a MPIO FL300 MP3 player. The directions were fairly clear s to the units operation. The player, however would not play music through any headsets I attached to it. I attempted to call the two listed numbers on the MPIO website for over a week.

 

Each time I attempted to cal I got a busy signal. My next approach to contact them was their support email account. After several email attempts I did receive a response which simply told me the same information the manual stated and never addressed my original question regarding no sound from the unit. I have email MPIO for the past two weeks with no response. All I ask is where I can have this unit checked out so I can attempt to enjoy it. Maybe someone on your staff or other reader may be able to help me as MPIO has had no desire to even respond to my inquiries for additional help. I hope other people do not have as negative response as I have had with this company. I would absolutely not recommend their products as they have no support infrastructure at all.
