Online Trustmark for Website

I purchased a trust mark from E Public Eye for my new website so my visitors would feel comfortable purchasing my service. I made this purchase on 1/20/05. I applied and was approved to receive the seal. I received an email directing me to pay for the seal and that I would receive an email with the seal to download on to my site once my payment was received. I’ve yet to receive such an email with the seal. In addition, I have contacted this company via phone between 2-4 times daily since 1/24 only to be put on hold and no one ever takes my call (thanks for wasting my daytime cell phone minutes). I have also sent several emails which have never been answered. I also left a message with the operator but have not received any response. For a company that deals in the online trust business, this company gets a zero for trust and service! Lisa Buddenhagen
