virus scan

I have updated virus scan but continue to get pop up telling me to up date. Will you please shut this off so I can get some peace.

It is a continue nusiance and I can't get anybody to correct it . I have used telephone and tried E-mail to no avail. All I get is "go to anothe link" Are you trying to drive me crazy??
