Roomful Express Furniture store Monroeville, Pa

I have to say that I feel that the Customer service at Roomful Express is about as bad as any I have ever seen or dealt with.

My furniture arrived in a timely manner however the salesman had written up the wrong order and the store REFUSED to deliver the proper furniture for another 4 days. Keep in mind that I have already rearranged my schedule, my old furniture is gone and most importantly the mistake wasn't mine.

I feel that they should have done whatever they had to do to get that furniture delivered tomorrow. The most I got was an "I'm sorry" and that was after the store manager neglected to return my telephone call when she said she would.

The building is beautiful and the selection of furniture is vast but unfortunately that's where it stops, customer service is in my opinion despicable.

I will never deal with them again. The lax attitude was more than I could or should have to endure.
