I am very unhappy with A1-wireless and their rebate program. I called about the program and was told from their rebate department that I had to wait until I could mail in at least 3 invoices from Nextel,

our phone carrier. I followed their instructions, sent in different forms, made copies, and was expecting my rebate the first of January, 2005.

When I did not receive it, I called their rebate department once again on 1/3/05. I waited and received a voice mail saying to leave a message, which I did. No one called back. I emailed the company on 1/4/05 explained the problem and was told to call the rebate department once again. Again, I could not make contact with that department. I wrote a letter to Mr. Andy Sinha, Senior Vice President

of your company, and asked for his assistance.

I received no response. I called again, and did reach Ivett in the rebate department, who told me we are only getting one rebate, because the $50 rebate is too late (even though I contacted the company within the allotted time and was told to wait), and that the other check will be coming in February. We signed up for two years of service. I am retired professional, and this entire rebate is important to me.

When ordering phones and service, make sure you read the fine print. Phones are not free I have never had to jump through so many hoops, and have so much aggravation over a product rebate before.
