Galaxy Credit I received an Important Notice from Galaxy Credit, PO Box 5628, Peoria, AZ 85385-5628. The notice is as follows: Your account has been listed with Galaxy Credit for Collection. It is important that payment in the amount of $72.00 be made. Should you have any questions regarding your account, call 1-623-933-0519 Account Specialist 101 for prompt assistance. GC Case #: 19151-1 I called and was told that this is for a 24 month subscription for Penthouse. My husband does receive Penthouse, but the subscription is through Penthouse directly and was paid up for two years until November 2004. On July 26, 2004, I mailed Galaxy Credit the $72.00. and I still have not received the two year renewal. I called Penthouse who has never heard of Galaxy Credit. THIS A SCAM AND HOW CAN I REPORT IT? Also, how did Galaxy Credit get a list of people's names who have subscriptions to Penthouse? I am sure I am not the only one this has happened too!!!

I am notifying the District Attorney of Peoria, AZ and theState Attorney General of Arizona about this SCAM. Robin G.
