I am stressed out tonight because I just spent three and a half hours with my 14 week old and 4 year old grandson waiting for my daughter to get a hair cut and highlights! Never have I EVER sat in a beauty salon chair that long ! The beautician knew that she had small children and that my daughter was getting stressed out because of the length of time she was there.
I had ONE bottle to last those three and a half hours!! Also the total she paid for this was just OUTRAGEOUS!! $91.00!!! That is being taken for a RIDE!! I want some response to this e-mail or I will tell everyone I know never to go to a Regis Salon again. I don't know how you can justify time and amount of money!!
Please respond to me and I expect some kind of compensation for the inconvenience and stress this has caused. If you are a reprutable business you will do the only RIGHT thing and respond!!

I'm guessing your stylist was a newer one. It may have taken her longer...also if your daughter was going for a big change, IT TAKES TIME TO PROCESS. ABOUT AN HOUR. $91 dollars is on the less expensive side for such a service. Money is money, and I know a hundred bucks is a lot, but that is what you are going to pay these days. You get what you pay for. I work in a high end salon and I charge 115 for a highlight, color and cut. But you'll be out in 2 hours. I'm sorry that you had such a bad experience. I would hate to see everyone at the salon get a bad rep for one girl. People are so quick with their complaints that they don't realize that they are messing with someone livelyhood. There are many factors here. Was the 14 year old going for a major change in color & cut. Does she have a lot of hair. Why are you taking small kids in a salon, when a color and cut will more than likely take a fair amount of time. Lastly I hate to say it but, $91.00 isn't bad for a cut and color! Sounds like a trip to cost cutters would have worked out a little better for you and your daughter.
