What to do about a strong arm monopoly?
First PG&E overcharged my gas usage running up a $210. credit.
Then, they lumped 11 months of usage into one month resulting in exaggerated costs to me. ( tier charges).
I tried to resolve the problem at their office, unsuccessfully.
I've written to the "agent" for PG&E and have not received a response.
I found other having similar problems. Have you?
