Took my Audi A4 in for a coolant leak on Nov 11, 2004 and since that night when I picked it up it has overheated, smoked and steamed under the hood, check engine light constantly goes on, coolant indicator goes on, car has been vibrating, making loud noise--engine and fan, difficulty starting; service advisor admitted 2 defective parts were put on and poor mechanic; manager admitted failure to do a DTC test which another Audi dealer did do when I had to bring it in again and found 8 serious faults. Car has been in the shop every other two weeks and stays there for two weeks.

I am paying over $600mo on the car which I have hardly driven in the last 3 months. They keep telling me it is fixed and each time the same problems occur. It has been towed there 3 times and I have had to pull over on freeways and roads and once had to walk home. I consider it to be unsafe to drive anymore after being in the shop 6 times now. I still do not have it and don't want it.

The owners are not being very willing to solve this matter. I have asked them to just pay off the balance(they will just write it off). I have left 3 phone messages in the last 2 days and have received no call back. I was told that the owner was unavailable after I called a 4th time.
