I am a credit Card holder of Standard Chartered Bank,

 

Why it is so that Customer Care Executive doesn't give time when Credit card holder wants to talk to them, Without completing the statement of the credit card holder, phone call is cut off by the Executive.

 

It maybe becuse of Ph. line fault but happen is it possible for three times ? Some times it seems that Customer care executive gets irritated to talk.

 

Some of few cases has been occured with me. And Also Found that Customer Executive doesn't say there full name when asked to whom I am talking. If the situation is Like so then in coming days, it will create much difficult to continue holding credit card of SC.

May i have the opportunity to introduce myself as one of the customer of your banking corporation (details given below)

 

I have settle my loan account on 5th of June and i would like to obtain the NOC (no objection certificate) from the branch but the branch staff is telling me to collect the NOC on 14th of June, being a humble customer of your bank, i would like to request your kind office to get me the NOC as soon as possible (before 13th June).

Dear sir/Madam,I have a safari account and current account in your bank. I have standing orders on my current account. Last money, money was drawn from my safari account to cover the standing order instead of being drawn from the current account. This has now happened twice and often it costs me alot of money when such a mistake is made. May be it is better to close one account!
