The provided horrible service and charged me a ton of money and did nothing for my lawn - it looked worse than it did after one year of their service, so I quit. After this, the called me twice a day every day for a month, often after 9 pm. I told them after the first call I was no longer interested in their service, but they kept on calling. When I finally answered the phone again after ignoring calls for a month based upon caller ID (they never bothered to leave a message and you'd think they'd get the idea), I answered and told them again to never call me - the telemarketer raised his voice and told me "answer your damn phone". This is rediculous. What kind of company is this - I intend to make sure everyone know how TrueGreen Chemlawn has hasseled me and how terrible their service was. I have filed complaints with the National Do Not Call Registry and plan to report them to local law inforcement if the continue to harass me. Hopefully they finally have the picture - their service stinks and harassing customers is NOT the way to win back dissatisfied customers!!!
