On October 26th I ordered the Proactiv 3 piece system for $39.95 plus $5.95 shipping and handling. As part of the introductory offer we received free the Daily Oil Control and Oil Free Moisture. We were charged for a 5 piece system $59.95 plus $7.95 shipping. I contacted customer service and they confirmed that we did order the 3 piece system and could not answer why we were charged for the 5 piece. She informed me that she was in a “call center” and she had nothing to do with internet orders and was not familiar with the ordering process.

The only action she suggested was to send the product back and we would receive a refund for the product only. We would not be reimbursed for the $7.95 in shipping and must pay to send the product back. What I want is a $22.00 refund for the amount we were overcharged! On December 19th we received in the mail a 5 piece system and $67.90 was charged to our credit card. No one ordered this product and there was no authorization given to charge our credit card. I was told that by ordering anything I was automatically enrolling in their "club" and would receive shipments of the 3 piece system. Again Nicole advised to send the product back at our expense and we would be credited not the full amount, only the $59.95. This again is not an acceptable action. I requested a full refund of $67.90 for the product and advised them it was available for pick up at my home. I contacted my credit card company and the Iowa State Attorney General Office of Consumer Protection COMPLAINTS.COM_FORM_MAIL_67509# 515-281-5926 to file a complaint. This product is a good product but not worth the trouble ordering. Next time I will order from someone off of E-bay trying to sell their extra shipments. Jennifer F. Texas
