02 January 2005 Dear Sir/Madam, I bought a BPL Frost-free 185 litre refrigerator 5 years ago but unfortunately every 12-18 months it gives a new problem. Just want to let you know that if you all do not know basics of refrigeration why do you all manufacture refrigerators? The reason I bought a BPL refrigerator was because you all were known by the world and I sold my 20 years old Godrej refrigerator without any reason. I regret that decision.
