bought an 02 galaxy so far had 2 sets of brake pads all new discs new rear passenger heater {&#163130} air con repaired twice, central locking stopped working now gearbox has gone down only done 40,000 miles not bad eh? originally owned by a ford dealer who did not do the 1st service so there is no ford warranty

While I was traveling, I lost my card in another country. I called Washington mutual - Chase bank but they canceled the wrong card. I have 2 cards with them. so their mistake left me have no money for over 10 days in a different country. I am a young woman have no other resource to get money. imagine what a dangerous situation they put me in. I called them over 10 times, I told them if i can sent an email with Chinese translation of the address i am at abroad. So Fedex doesn't need to translate the address, otherwise it will delay the time of delivery. They said no, and saying it will take 3 days, but it has been 8 days passed, I didn't get it.


They won't cover any lose even though it is their mistake.


They suggest me using an international bank in the future. Great, I am ready to quit using them anyway.


They have an online banking system and there is a message function in it, why don't they use it and communicate with me tell me the tracking number, so I won't beg money to make another phone call.


I have never been through such a horrible experience. How can I depend on US banks while traveling overseas.

They don't have branches in other country, they don't do any extra effort to help me out, just let me starve for 10 days, that is against human right!

What a great customer service!!
