I ORDERED A ROUND PILLOW CHAIR AND MADE PAYMENTS IN INSTALLMENTS. AFTER HALF WAS PAID IT WAS TO BE ORDERED. I WAS TOLD THE CHAIR WAS ORDERED. AS OF DECEMBER 2, 2004 I PAID IN FULL FOR MY CHAIR AND WAS TOLD I HAD TO WAIT 10 WEEKS FOR DELIVERY. I THOUGHT THAT WAS RIDICULOUS BECAUSE BY THIS TIME THE CHAIR SHOULD'VE BEEN MADE.

 

I THEN CALLED THE WAREHOUSE WHERE I WAS TOLD I WOULDN'T RECEIVE MY CHAIR THAT IS FULLY PAID FOR BY THE END OF JANUARY THE 10 WEEKS I WAS TOLD BUT IN FEBRUARY SOMETIME. THE LAST WEEK IN DECEMBER I RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE STORE MANAGER VIRGINIA TELLING ME I CAN NOT GET THE CHAIR. SHE FAXED ME A FORM AND I WAS TOLD TO SEND IT TO THE CORPORATE OFFICE.

 

EACH AND EVERY TIME I CALL THE CORPORATE OFFICE I RECEIVE THE RUNAROUND. I GET NOTHING BUT ANSWERING MACHINES. WHEN MESSAGES ARE LEFT I NEVER RECEIVE A RETURN PHONE CALL. I WANT MY REFUND ASAP. THIS IS ABSURD AND RIDICULOUS. DO I NEED TO CALL THE ATTORNEY GENRAL'S OFFICE. PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY. PLEASE RESPOND TO ME @ Barbie Click this link to e-mail the above consumer: //
