Wish I knew about Complaints.Com long ago. When I tried to cancel service due to a lost pager, I was told that I still owed money for the time the pager was not in use because they still provided a service, even though I hadn't had the pager for several months. Begging, pleading and demanding got me nowhere. As other writers have expressed, I have no choice but to pay or risk damaging info on my credit report. Just seems like a lousy way to do business.
