I had a torque converter, master kit and solenoid replaced on my 1998 Ford Contour and was charged $2954. When I received the car back the engine mounts on my car were off, the steering wheel was crooked, the vacuum line for the brakes was severed and the check engine light was on. I was told my the mechanic that my mounts came off with the transmission and they could not find them. The owner charged me for the parts they lost, and $942 for labor.

The corporate office does nothing to help the consumer. If you want to keep money in your pocket don't go to MR TRANSMISSION. I also want to mention that the owner Alan Poison verbally abused me several times and refused to be in the shop when I came to pay him and instructed his employees not to take payment from me and not give me my vehicle. I lost wages because I was unable to go to work and still had to pay him to get my car back.

This man also had his mechanic drive a customer's car and he blew out the head gasket and tried make the customer think the car was brought to him like that. The owner is a rogue, a thief. Take your car to the any other transmission shop but not MR TRANSMISSION.
