I purchased Kazaa Gold August 2004 I have the receipt...I paid 29.95 plus 4.95 for the dvd download....I am not able to use this...I call Kazaa 206-686-3990 but nobody will speak to me....I left a message...nobody returned my calls...

I emailed Kazaa gold support....got no response.......

So what do I do? I paid 35.00 dollars for nothing....I still have the receipt because I copied it and I charged it on my credit card so I can prove that I paid for it....

I too am unable to get a subscription I paid for

I do not have my reciept but I can get it.
