Paycom.net - Internet Billing provider

For 3 months I have been attempting to cancel a monthly debit on my credit card account. Paycom.net are taking &#16316.09 per month. In spite of providing all the required information they deny all knowledge of this although my credit card statement clearly shows them as the billing company. I have taken steps at this end to put a stop to this. I suggest that people avoid having any dealings with this company. At best they are extremely inefficient.
