On Friday evening, January 7, 2005 eight friends and myself visited Pasha Restaurant & Club for a birthday celebration. We left the restaurant that night feeling extremely dissapointed, angry and victimized.

Towards the end of our evening we were physically assaulted by other restaurant patrons who were hostile, drunk and obnoxious. We were threatened when we did not give them a chair from our table that we had been occupying for 4 hours. We nicely told them that we were using the chair. They became angry and began hitting one of my friends. The fight escalated and we were dragged out of the club and treated as we were violent criminals.

The security guards would not hear anything we had to say and ignore us. The people that assaulted us remained in the club and were not asked to leave. We tried many times to explain to the restaurant security and employees that we were not at fault and felt that we were being treated unfairly. Finally we called the police but the police would not get involved because it was a dispute between us and the restaurant. We did not have any physical evidence that we were assaulted, therefore we could not press charges.

In addition to the physical altercation at the restaurant, their overall service was horrible. The waitstaff and one specific bartender were very unfriendly. The bartender was especially rude to us when we went to purchase a few drinks. She did not greet us warmly. She gave us attitude the entire time we were at the bar. She lazily answered our questions and replied with false information.

This was my first time visiting the restaurant and was very dissapointed with everything. I understand that at night it becomes a club and can become very crowded. However, the building was way over capacity and became uncontrollable at one point. I would never go back to a place that let's their customers attack other people, hires rude employees and treats people unfairly.

My friends and I spent a lot of money that night, I think we could've been treated with a little more respect and courtesy.
