I noticed the complaint (or, rather, the resolution of a complaint) regarding getting membership to OneSpirit, and have had a similar problem. I sent in my membership request and information several weeks ago.

 

Two days ago I received a notice from OneSprit saying my initial book order had been returned by the U.S. Post Office, which had reported me as having moved. I have lived at my current address for nearly seven years. The Postal Service advises me they did not receive or return the books -- my postal carrier confirmed this.

 

My immediate response was to get online to One Spirit's Service Department to address the problem. I received a form stating they had received my e-mail. I have sent a second message asking them to confirm re-shipment (or shipment) of my books. I have not yet received a reply, but have received some advertising from the company in the form of unwanted e-mails.
