I have purchased the initial welcome back package books, which I paid $25. and change and then I purchased Two other books "Diagnosis and Treatment Planning in Counseling" by Seligman, and Psychological Assessment in Clinical Practice by Hersen.

These I Paid $69.99. All the other books have been returned. I currently got a letter in the mail from a collection agency. ( RMCB) Initially I thought this was a mail crossing, but this one was saying I owe $60 plus $$. Please address the situation as to this point I owe nothing except for a book I recently ordered that you informed me was not in . Anticipating a favorable response.
