My account was cancelled wrongfully (even though I had updated my credit card details on 28th December and again on phone on 6th Jan. The account was closed later to these events. Hence, for a mistake committed by Telstra team and for no fault of mine - I have lost all my important emails and folders. I have been told they have been wiped off. I am getting only sweet nothings for all my phone calls and emails in the last 10 days. Is there anyone senior and responsible in Telstra who can address this and solve my problem and help me?
