I just received payment from HSN who will then go aftet the Warranty company. I wrote to the president of HSN and it was his office that satisfied my complaint. Thank you.

Purchase LanPlus computer from HSN, including 3yr extended warranty, in 2002. Computer never worked properly, and was sent to local computer repair as per warranty co. Still no good. Finally, in Aug. 2004, the warranty co. agreed that the computer parts were not available and offered me $925 to be paid in about 6-8 weeks.

It is now January 11, 2005 and no payment has been forthcoming. I have called, faxed and emailed with no reply from Home Shopping Network at all. The warranty company says to be patient! I did warn them via fax, that I intended to go public. I would appreciate any assistance you may offer to me.
