I placed an order over a week ago hoping to get merchandise in time for my daughter's birthday. I used a combination of a gift card and credit card.
I checked the status recently and found out that my order was cancelled and I doin't even know why. If there was a problem with the billing, it would have been nice to know.
I have been waiting for the order to arrive. When I finally got an email from amazon saying the order was cancelled because there was no payment. I tried many many times to contact them. You cannot reply to their emails and there is no info on the website as to how to contact them.
There should be a way to contact them. It just kept taking me around and around in circles. I just placed the order again and hopefully it will work.
