This is on behalf of Patti Coburn Advertising located on 3146 Chicago St. San Diego, CA I can even get her zip code. Patti has the WORST customer Service I have ever experienced in my whole life. I think Patti Coburn doesn't even know what customer service means.

I found her agency in the yellow pages, I decided to call few but when she picked up the phone she was busy which I understand but she never showed any kind of interest in me.. such as "can I have your number and we will call you right back..", after I found real profesional agencies I called her back to let her know how rude she treated me maybe she would apologize and we would move on and do bussiness, I felt disappointed once again.

If she is going to keep doing business this way she will repel any potential customer as I was. Too bad for her I am in charge of find an advertising agency in the west coast for a huge project.
