Hi,

I am a subscriber for the past 9 months. I have never received a bill, despite about 50 complaints

lodged so far. I have tried to make the payments directly through the drop box. However, since the

promised itemized bill should have been useful in reminders, my phone was disconnected, in spite of my request for the bill again.

 

This has happened for the second time. Last time you charged reconnection fees etc that you refunded later on. However, i have now decided to disconnect your services. The call centre supervisors say that i have

to pay for the additional month, during which period my phone was anyway disconnected, and i will have to pay all months rental, upto the time i pay my outstanding amount. This is totally unfair. Thanks
