02/25/05 The case has just been started, so the more complaints received will result in hopefully quicker action taken against this operation which has been going on for years under various names. Let's put a stop to this illegal activity which continually rips off innocent, trusting consumers like ourselves. We are out $937 for shutters ordered May, 2004 and never received.

Check the Better Business Bureau website for their "F" rating, and over 100 complaints with no results. Look up under their business phone number. It's dispicable this has been going on with no recourse of any kind. For every complaint logged on-line against this company, there are probably a hundred more customers who are too embarassed to admit they were taken, or didn't know what could be done.

Apparently the company now goes by a new name of Todays Home Products if you call their 800-736-5759 number. Their 714 number is disconnected.
